Care Homes West & PC Support

Care Homes West & PC Support

This ECHO Network returned for a third year and co-produced a new programme. The ECHO hub team include the Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Facilitators and Care Home Support Team members. Their aim is to provide training, education and support. In addition, to continue to build on the existing community of practice, their shared experiences to Care Homes across the WHSCT without participants having to leave their place of work or homes.
