The ECHO hub team include the Macmillan Specialist Palliative Care Facilitators and Care Home Support Team members. Their aim is to provide training, education and support.

About this network
This ECHO Network returned for a third year and co-produced a new programme.
It continues to build on the existing community of practice, sharing experiences with Care Homes across the WHSCT without participants having to leave their place of work or homes.
