Mental Capacity Act
This ECHO Network has been set up to support staff completing DoLS Forms for Trust Panels and assist Trust Panels with decision making.
The network seeks to provide peer support and to share learning through case based discussion to help staff Implement legislation, improve understanding, provide clarity and demonstrate best practice across the region.
