Project ECHO NI transfers to the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.

Project ECHO NI, the service provided by the Strategic Planning and Performance Group, Dept of Health, and delivered by the ECHO Team at  Hospice UK transfers to the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.
