Project ECHO Updates

Project ECHO Quarterly Update

By admin

How the ECHO Model Works for Educators

Over the last two decades, Project ECHO has empowered frontline health care professionals with best practices to improve patient outcomes in the communities where they live. But health is much more than the sum of of our diseases and conditions. The social determinants of health — education, employment, income and geography — impact up to 90% of health outcomes, according to the National Academy of Medicine.

Since 2014, ECHO has made substantial strides in providing critical support to teachers and school leaders as they strive to ensure students receive the best possible start in life.

To learn more, watch this video about how ECHO works for educators. It is a proven professional development approach that gives educators the resources, mentoring and community they need to drive better outcomes for students of all ages in math, reading, and much more.
